CANCELLATION POLICIES:
Once the Park receives the deposit for the group, what is the last date participants can cancel and receive a refund? ______________________________________________
The Secretary of Oregon RVing Women will submit a list of participants along with size of rigs to the Park at the same time the deposit is due.
Participants wanting to attend after deposit is submitted, or arrive on an earlier date or stay past the rally dates, will call the Park and if available will be assigned a site near the group.
