Tango Warranty Woes
Thursday, July 9th, 2009I love my Tango by Pacific Coachworks but have some advice for anyone considering a purchase. Make sure you live within 100 miles of a dealer so they can do your warranty work. I have a local RV repair place in Newport doing mine and the Tango folks just take forever to pay them. So I pay by credit card and am still waiting for reimbursement from Pacific Coachworks…. Got an extended warranty that I may have to drive to Johnson RV in Portland to use in future. Too bad. Still love my Tango but dealing with the factory? …………….
