Well, Pacific Coachworks did repay me for the warranty work. But, only after I sent them a copy of the preceding blog with a link to our website. Sent it to the warranty clerk and the company CEO and got instant messages of the check coming in the mail. Even this I read with a jaundiced eye until it did, indeed, show up in my mail.
However, this does show the power of the blog. If you are having any unresolved rig problems, don’t hesitate to start blogging about it and send that on as I did. Barb
